I've been quiet for a week or so.
I did a Terminator for Jawaball's Termie Competition so he will be shown once that contest is over.
Here is my Brother Leon I had half finished for a while.
I used Burnt Blue, Burnt Red and Soot Tamiya weathering powders to the barrel to give it a
realistic heat scorched effect.

However, may I suggest you to take better pictures?
For a contest, your beautiful work will only be appreciated if the picture you take have a good quality. It's a waste if your colors and details are huge and if you can't see them in the picture :)
Take the pictures with the macro mode and with a good lightning (natural light works well, on the outside for instance).
