This guy uses pieces from the flagellant sprue and Chaos marine Icon to make a truly gruesome Icon with a Banner made from human flesh.
The flesh is carved with the Unholy icons of Khorne.
I use weathering powder on his feet and base to show the grit and grime of combat.

The two severed hands are a nice touch, a nod to the artwork. It's difficult to see the weathering powder around his feet since it's so dark. The red and pink on the flesh banner works really well, as do the hand painted icons on its back. The icon looks a little big, but you've adapted it nicely. Are you going to paint the three skulls bone?
