I ended up having a few hours today to devote to finishing this piece up.

I have a bit left to do but I think the blood I have down is perfect.

It is there if you look for it but not in your face,a good use of where less is more.

I still need to work on the cape and add more weathering.

Back from Vacation,Selling RT01 Army

Hi guys,I made it back from vacation in Hawaii in one piece.
I is truly beautiful and if you can you should go see it someday.
If you were a Xenos player there you would have a field day with the seeds some of them looking very alien.
I have done a little more work on the objective but not enough to really take pics.

Saving Brother Ryan Objective

I was able to get some of the base coat down on my little objective piece.

I will be going on Vacation for a few weeks so I will be back near the end of April.

Imperial Fist Objective

I was digging around for a few bits for the vets I am working on and stumbled onto my Dead Marine Blister.

I wish I had twenty packs to recreate the famous Crimson Fist pic that was on 3rd edition Codex I believe.

Using a 60mm base I used the face down Captain and Last Chance marine posing Last Chance Protecting his Captain at all costs.

The dead Iron Warrior with the broken Power Sword sticking out of his back is testament to that

Here is the finished product all weathered like a good tank should.

This makes me sad I need more armor.

Maybe a Razorback to haul a Devastator Squad

I still need to crank out a whole bunch more Fists.

But next up I think I am going to try that WD masterclass for the Sanguinator

Imperial Fist Vindicator

I am not one to sit on my laurels,I have been busy after work on this Vindicator.

I am really starting to get the hang of random scratches.

I added entrenching tools and coiled barbed wire to emphasize the Imperial Fists Siege specialist nature.

And I just absolutely love the new Crimson/Imperial Fist upgrade bits,they really take it to the next level.

Now begins the arduous task of underlining the chips

Aside from some fine touches,I think this bad boy is pretty much finished.

I applied Tamiya Mud powder on the bottom and added Paperclip antennas.

I added my Chronos stand-in who is doing what all Sergeants do, point at stuff.

As true in real life as it is in 40k.
