I decided to try to copy the feel of the great Blood Pact Pic that I have found to model my squad
Sergeant.
I used flagellant hands with fine scale model chain to copy the hand necklace seen in the artwork.
I made this figure heavy hitting with Powerfist and Plasma Pistol.
The pistol is from the Forgeworld veterans upgrade.
I used a canteen bit to represent a small anti-vehicle mine and skull helm from one of the chaos trophies

For the moment I am doing this 10 man squad.
I intend to give them a Troop Truck Chimera as soon as Dave puts out those PDF files for his templates.
I am already eying one of my Russes to convert over.
I would love to do a rusty ass Russ.
Better and better. Excellent use of flagellant bits. I never thought of using the maxmini canteen as a mine but it works well.
I have no critique for you, everything about this guy is great, especially his sense of movement. Well done!
