Dark Angel Captain/Champion for sale

I made this Captain a while back,a very nice piece but he has been sitting around a while and I figure I might as well try to give him a good home.
I used alot of really good bits on him he will make a great Captain or Chapter Champion

He is on sale this week on E-Bay along with the Advance Order Killer-Kans

Imperial Fist Pointy Veteran

I painted this guy the same time I was working on the Thunderhammer Captain.

A pretty simple paint scheme,I like how he came out.
I have four more primed and ready to be started on this week.

Imperial Fist with ThunderHammer

Here is the Games Day marine with ThunderHammer.

I actually painted old scars on his face as Imperial Fists are known to have.

Venerable Drednought Varient arms

Here are the other two arms that come with the kit a lascannon and plasma cannon.

Unfortunately no right handed fist.

Maybe we will get that with the Furioso dred when that comes out.

I also have the extra arms on order from the Ironclad so this guy will be able to do it all.

Imperial Fists Venerable Drednought pt3

The model itself is just about done,I may add a few more scratches to his back and some dust on his feet.

I still have to make a base for him to be finished however.

Any ideas?

Imperial Fists Venerable Drednought pt2

I dub him Captain Deus Venator

The skulls on his greaves are those from his command squad who died to a man protecting the fallen Captain long enough for him to be brought to the apothecary.

I made alot of progress on him already.

The Yellow is finished and I am in the process of weathering and chipping him.

I know that the chapter serfs would never let him tarnish like that but I could not resist trying a few new techniques.

The barrels of the guns are all heat scorched by the use of Tamiya weathering powder.

Imperial Fist Venerable Drednought pt1

There is a benefit to dropping way way too much cash on 40k stuff at my FLGS.

That is being able to convince the owner that plastic sprue he had in the box would be better off on my painting table.

The only non standard bit is the GW fist icon, everything else comes with this kit.

You can make both mks of dred with this kit and it also has cover plates if you do not like the text.

Imperial Fists Heavy Bolter Scout

He is a nice little quickie,My metal Heavy Bolter Scout.

I always would rather have the metal scouts as opposed to the plastic kit.

I hate how the heads look all deformed in the plastic kit, they look like a bunch of Mongos.

The metal piece just has so much more detail and a normal looking head.

Imperial Fist Vanguard/Sternguard Champion

Here is a rare piece I acquired in two parts.

I won the body in a pricey E-bay auction but he was missing an arm.

I was going to let it go when one of my friends over at The Great Crusade said hey if you decide to bid on that I have the arm that is missing.

Now I have a very rare model that is a very nice sculpt.

It is a shame he was limited but he is now going to either be a Chapter Champion or one of Veteran Sergeants.

I thought the eagle pack with Iron Halo was a nice way to finish him off since he does not have a cape.

Imperial Fists Scout Bike Sergeant

I have been working on a great one-two punch combo.

My army is going to be very Terminator and Scout heavy.

I am using a scout Sergeant with a locator beacon to ensure acurate teleportaion.

And the Scout Speeder deneys my oppenent the same bonus and scatters his deep strike while droping a scoring unit where needed.

This sergeant in progress sports an Imperial Guard sergeant screaming head which is how I make the unit truly unique.

The powerfist is from a second edition weapon upgrade sprue.

Scout Speeder in Progress

I was just about done with this until I decided to paint roman numerals on the shoulder.

I hate how they look and will be redoing them.
But the original model bugged me with the chain sword guy, what the hell is he going to do with that on the back of a speeder.
Now a Sniper on the other hand is much more useful and I always have a sniper as part of my scout squads.
The guy next to him is his spotter and I gave him a scope for his boltgun
