I always planned to make the Blood pacts Col. Straken a World Eater Proxy.
He has the stats of a sick killer Space Marine might as well model it to match.
He has tons of bionics,plasma pistol,close combat weapon,and on the floor,old and used,his shotgun.
Being a World Eater this model has the obligatory amount of blood and gore.

Definitely, he's advising more blood...
I actually had the same idea when I was considering making a Blood Pact army. However, Dark Eldar coming up might delay that quite a bit...

I think that there are more SM/CSM alternative Strakens out there than there are actual Guard versions. ;-) That's what GW gets for that statline!
