I have found an easy way to make Propaganda Posters and Newspaper for use on your 40k bases or scenery.
First cut off the foil from the top of a wine bottle
Then flatten it out and prime it with a light colored primer.
I used Tamiya
Then basecoat it with a few coats of Dheneb Stone and draw a grid with the boxes being the size of the poster or newspaper
Then paint or use a micro pen to draw your images.
Here the top six are painted with Chaos Black and Scorched Brown
The bottom six are done with a micron pen.
Once finished spray a layer of Matte Varnish
Once dry use scissors and cut out the pages and give them a slight ruffle and you now have great basing and scenery material

That's a fantastic tip, thanks!
Great little tutorial dude, shall have to give it a go and add a few to some bases :)
awesome idea you came up with. Any chances that you have some pics with them being used in it?
That's a good idea, I have made posters in the past but I used paper, these look like they work quite a bit better.
Looks like you had your "Sunday Best" on when your published this post and I hope you don't mind that promoted it over at my blog The Chaos Manifesto.
Thanks for sharing it with us.
