Pimp my Terminator

There is one bad thing about the new Blood Angel Terminators , they make the multi-Part kit ones look bland and flavorless.

The Space Wolf kit is full of flavor as is the Chaos kit,but not our standard $10 Terminator.

So in my quest to make a Kill-Team for every major faction for my Space Hulk game I need to go the extra mile to get them on part with the Blood Angels.

To do this Forgeworld Shoulders go a long way to give your guys a needed boost.

Which I use for all my multi-part guys.

I also use Iron Warrior MK3 Helmet which fits great and instantly gives them a Pre-Heresy feel.

For the Brave and the Bold I used Plastruct Strips,Granht line rivets, and Procreate to give this guy a chest plate that strongly resembles a Mk2 Crusade suit.

Bulveye in Terminator Armor Pt1

I am making a 5 man 13th company Killteam led by Bulveye Axeman of Russ.

He is Described as bald with a close cropped blonde beard.

The best Head I could think of was from Tellion.

I will magnetize the head so I can make a power armored version and use the head for both.

He is also Described as using a Plasma Pistol which I have the perfect one for the power armored one.

For this guy I am using the spare combi-bolter that comes with the Librarian.

Imperial Fists Assault Cannon pt1

I haven't felt much like painting the last couple of days.

But I was hit with the modeling bug.

I fixed the Chaos Sorcerer,Have Bulveye just about figured out and have put together this gem.

An Imperial Fists assault cannon, customized with the use of Forgeworld Shoulder pads,an Iron Warriors head for a Pre-Heresy Artificer helmet.

I used the smallest chain I could find online to use as a necklace for his Crux and used a larger scale chain for his tabbard.

Black Legion Sorcerer still in progress

The other head seemed not right for some reason.

Maybe for a World Eater but not quite right for Sorcerer.

I found a really good head in the Fantasy range that looks positively evil

Lexandro d'Arquebus part 2

I have added the Yellow Ink wash made from GW Yellow Ink and Matte Medium
I have also hit some of the detail, I still have lettering to do,fine tuneing and basing.
In fact I have about 15 bases to do at this point.
For now it will be a slender Space Hulk style base that will eventually mate with a detailed 40mm base.

Lexandro d'Arquebus

My Imperial Fists Space Hulk boarding team are led by two Captains instead of sergeants.

The other Imperial Fists Sergeant for Space Hulk is Lexandro d'Arquebus many years after the events portrayed in Inquisition War.

He is still in the beginning stages he is base coated and spot washed/inked.and is now being cleaned up so I can yellow ink the armor plate.

They mention the clenched fist as his heraldry in the end of Space Marine and I have painted that on his shoulder-guard.

Lysander part 2

Here he is with the yellow Ink glaze, it adds a richness to the yellow.
I think it was a mistake for GW to stop making the Ink range.
They behave differently than washes and are superior when it comes to tinting as you see here.
Both have thier place on the paint caddy in my opinon.

I used this tutorial to make this yellow
